Curriculum
This course is designed to teach trainers the basic of mental illness and how to educate their employees about mental illness in society, in order to improve employee-customer interactions.
Trainers Foundation 101:
Recognize the signs of mental illness in society.
Trainers Advanced 201:
Educate your employees about mental illness, including basic prevention and de-escalation techniques to improve potentially hazardous employee-customer interactions.
